OBJECTIVE:
To carry out advanced medical research in the field of
infertility by way of establishing full-fledged Research
Institutes, Hospitals, Documentation Centers, Libraries,
Reading Rooms and Laboratories. To do Advanced stem cell
research and Cloning for replacing Diseased or dysfunctional
cells with healthy functional one. To Provide encoverage,
initiate or promote facilities for the discovery,
improvement or development of new methods of diagnosing
infertility, understanding, Prevention and treatment of
infertility.
To develop more Professional counselors for creating
awareness in the field of infertility
and create establishment s all over India for
creating more Counselors for pre marital and post marital
counseling to prevent and reduce marital disharmony
and diverces. To establish, maintain, develop
,improve, takeover
and ext end
in any part of India, medical , Paramedical and other
Educational institutions.
To engage in the field of AIDS AWARENESS, Prevention and
Treatment.
To Conduct training courses for
Nurses, Paramedical
workers, Counselors, and to institute awards and
Scholarships for Study ,research ,training
and apprenticeship. To enter in the field of
manufacturing, buying
,selling Export
and Import of Medicines for Providing quality and low
cost medicines
To
provide subsidized treatment
for the Poor and downtrodden
whenever necessary
for insemination(IUI),Test tube Baby(IVF), Intra
Cytoplasmic sperm Injection, Micro Surgery
for Tubal Repair , Semen banking, Embryo Freezing ,
Laparoscopy,
Hystereoscopy , etc.
To carry out Objects of
General Public utility such as village upliftment ,
rural Development
and reconstruction ,Public health and
community development , welfare of
women and children , Promotion of Cottage industries
and help any Institution
considered
necessary to secure these objects. To co-ordinate
with the Government
and Government Agencies to Promote the objects of the
organization by way of
creating Children’s Home, Home for Orphans , old age
Homes, Women’s Hostel with day care centers, Rehabilitation
center for mentally retarded
persons and center for disabled peoples.
To give donations in cash or kind to other
institutions ,societies, trusts having similar object
or objects, and take over or help such institutions
in any other manners.
To work in Co-ordination with any other trust
or institutions, societies, trusts having similar
aims and objects and to aid , assist
and in any other manner.
To do all such things as many be
necessary for
the furtherance
of the above objects of the trust
but shall not include activities for Profit.
It is agreed that the income and contribution that is to be
acquired in future shall be spent towards the Promotion
of the trust and any incidental work connected and no
portion of it will be utilized for payment to trustees by
way of profit , interest , dividend etc
